Raw Honey - Half-Gallon Jar (6lb)

One half-gallon jar of pure raw local honey!

  • Crystallization

    If your honey crystallises that is perfectly fine! Honey is made of two ingredients: sugar and water. The sugar is dissolved in the water, but there's more sugar than the water can hold. Put another way, there's not enough water to keep the sugar dissolved forever. So there's a good chance that the two ingredients will eventually separate, resulting in the formation of crystals.

    A simple way to decrystallise your honey is to put it in some warm (no hotter than 90 degrees) water and let it sit for a few hours. It will slowly turn back into that sweet sweet liquid honey!
